Booking Policy

1. Booking Request Lifecycle

Upon submitting a session request, a unique reference ID is generated (e.g., GB-BKG-000123) and progresses through the following tracking states:

• submitted - Submitted by customer
• studio_review - Under review by studio owner
• confirmed_without_online_payment - Confirmed without online payment
• declined_by_studio - Declined by studio
• needs_customer_info - Needs more customer info
• cancelled_by_customer / cancelled_by_studio - Cancelled by customer/studio
• completed - Completed session

2. Loyalty & Beat Points

Creators earn 150 Beat Points only after the booking is officially confirmed by the studio owner (confirmed_without_online_payment). Points are not awarded at submission to maintain ledger integrity.

3. Confirmation & Cancellation Rules

Verified studio owners are responsible for accepting or declining requests within the operational window. The project Admin Control Tower reserves the right to override or suspend bookings that violate safety policies.
