1. Collection of Personal Data
We collect basic profile identifiers necessary to verify creator and partner accounts, including full name, email address, phone number, and business details for studio owners and merchants.
2. Digital Identity & Secure QR Code
Your customer rewards wallet displays a digital membership card containing a unique member number and a secure QR code that does not expose email, phone, or sensitive PII directly when scanned.
3. Usage of Contact & Booking Info
Customer contact info is shared securely with the selected studio owner or merchant only when a booking or order request is submitted.
4. Data Security & Storage
All backend credentials, access tokens, and user details are stored securely using database encryption standards. Operational tokens and database credentials remain strictly masked.
