1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GearBeat services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policy guidelines.
2. User & Creator Roles
Creators can browse and request studio room slots and certified merchant hardware. The platform does not guarantee session availability until confirmed by the respective partner.
3. Partner & Merchant Responsibilities
Registered studios and merchants must maintain accurate profiles, calendar availability, and product pricing. Partners assume full responsibility for request fulfillment.
4. Beat Points & Digital Membership
Beat Points are awarded to customers after confirmed bookings or orders are verified. The digital membership card and secure QR code serve as proof of identity at partner locations.
5. Disclaimer & Regulatory Review
These terms remain subject to final regulatory and legal review. The platform publishes these terms for operational readiness preceding full commercial launch.
