1. Order Request Lifecycle
Upon submitting a purchase request, a unique order reference is generated (e.g., GB-ORD-000123) and tracks through the following states:
submitted- Submitted by customerseller_review- Under review by merchantconfirmed_without_online_payment- Confirmed without online paymentdeclined_by_seller- Declined by sellerneeds_customer_info- Needs more customer infocancelled_by_customer / cancelled_by_seller- Cancelled by customer/sellercompleted- Completed order
2. Loyalty & Beat Points
Customers earn 100 Beat Points only after the merchant confirms the order availability (confirmed_without_online_payment). Points are not awarded at initial submission.
3. Merchant & Product Standards
Approved merchants must guarantee listing description accuracy (condition, price, model, warranty duration). Products do not appear publicly unless the merchant status is verified and active.
