Policy guidelines for product orders, seller listing standards, and delivery protocols.

1. Order Request Lifecycle

Upon submitting a purchase request, a unique order reference is generated (e.g., GB-ORD-000123) and tracks through the following states:

  • submitted - Submitted by customer
  • seller_review - Under review by merchant
  • confirmed_without_online_payment - Confirmed without online payment
  • declined_by_seller - Declined by seller
  • needs_customer_info - Needs more customer info
  • cancelled_by_customer / cancelled_by_seller - Cancelled by customer/seller
  • completed - Completed order

2. Loyalty & Beat Points

Customers earn 100 Beat Points only after the merchant confirms the order availability (confirmed_without_online_payment). Points are not awarded at initial submission.

3. Merchant & Product Standards

Approved merchants must guarantee listing description accuracy (condition, price, model, warranty duration). Products do not appear publicly unless the merchant status is verified and active.
